Assigned Form not showing up for users

    Hello,


    I have 2 users - Brandon Williams and Jack Tirey that the forms are not showing up for. I have assigned them forms and it shows them assigned but when they log in to their account on the app or on the desktop it does not show the assigned form. Can you please help?

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for using Jotform Support. Can you please share with us the email address of the users that they would not be able to access their assigned form? I have checked the list of the assigned users and I can only see the following users below:

    1675097531 63d7f5bbd6526  Screenshot 10 If the said user that having an issue with is in the list, you can try revoking them as assigned user and reinvite them again. Let me walk you through it:

    • Click the 3 dot icon
    • Select Revoke User

    When you revoke does it send them a new email or something that they must then click on or would it just show up when they login?

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for getting back to us. No, it will not send an email when you revoked someone. Please note that when you shared Collaboration Link of the form you need help with. Every form has it's unique Collaboration Link. You may share Collaboration Link(s) of only the form(s) you want collaborators to help you with.

    Jtirey@floorsfirstnashville the JOTFORM app will not load the call order form, is there something I'm missing? It will view every other form we've assigned to him but not the call order form & I have had him delete it multiple times.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please share URL link on your public form so we cacn take a look into it for you. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Hello Maria,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please let Jtirey@floorsfirstnashville uninstall the Jotform app he currently has and install a new one to see if this would make any difference? If the same thing happens again, could you please let him access the form using a computer where he logged in to his account using the same browser so that we can isolate the issue?
