Approval Flow: Action Button do not appear in the Email or Inbox

    I am creating an approval flow. Although I have enabled the action button to appear at the end of my approver sign for the track coordinator approval you cannot see them in the test email? I tried putting them in different areas of the email; however, the buttons do not appear. Can somone please let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Hello Marianne,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to view the actions button in the email and inbox. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I have cleared your form cache as it mostly fixes temporary glitches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us.
