How to View Form Revision History: This feature is not working for me

This feature is not working for me . I have lost half of my form. I came to this help page to see if I was doing some thing wrong and I wasn't. This has really cost me a lot of time. I am very disappointed and don't understand why Jotform chooses to make it so difficult when there could simply just be an undo button for when subtle change is needed.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're working on the form builder, you can press Ctrl+Z to undo changes; however, if you've already exited the form builder, you can only use revision history to revert your form to its previous state. Could you share with us the form that you are working on and also if there are any fields that were deleted from your account?
