We just first want to thank you kindly for being a JotForm Subscriber. I do see that you wish to prevent your subscription from automatically renewing itself.
To resolve this concern of yours I have canceled your subscription. You will have gotten an email by now telling you that your subscription has been cancelled but you can safely disregard that notice as your subscription is still active until next year's due date. What this has actually done is halted the automated renewal process so that you will not be charged again when your paid subscription time is over.
Your account will remain active for the subscription time you had paid until 2/2//2016 at which point your account would be automatically downgraded by our system. You can also confirm this from within your Account Billing tab.
