    Could I continue using the old form? If not where is the new one?

    Unfortunately, your response has no message. I just want to verify are you referring to a Jotform App on your mobile? If so, note that the Jotform Enterprise Mobile app can only be accessible to users with a Jotform Enterprise account. If you have a standard account such as the Starter, Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan, you can still use the regular Jotform App. If you have an Enterprise account, please contact our Enterprise Support on how to download the Jotform Mobile App.

    If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    As long as the form is still active on your account, you can still use it for the services that you are offering. Did you create a new form? If you are having difficulties locating the new form, please provide us with the URL and we will check on our system the status of the form.
