Form Designer Loads Blank / Invalide Form URL

This is happening on a few different forms, different browsers. I've closed and re-opened them, I've re-logged in.

I can't view the forms in designer mode.

This opens fine but this one is blank.

This link took me to the form builder instead of the actual form.

Link 2: https://www.jotform.com/?formID=50074846848970#design
This link loaded the form in form designer interface and the form was present and available for editing.

Invalid Form URL

This message is normally being displayed when you're editing a form in the Form Builder and the save button was not clicked before navigating from the Form Builder to lets say the Form Designer. It is also possible that the domain that you are trying to access the form through is also incorrect. To avoid getting this message, I would recommend saving the form before loading it into the Form Designer. 

I checked your account and I found this link for the form in question:

Instead of 

http://www.jotform.com/?formID=50074846848970#

So, it is possible that you are trying to access the form through a different domain (highlighted section of links) it was intended.

The jotformpro.com link loaded with IE, FF and Chrome with no issues compared to the one (https://www.jotform.com/?formID=50074846848970) you provided initially. If you would like to access the correct URL for the form you should follow the instructions in the screen shot below.

I have taken the initiative to clear your form cache and I would recommend that you clear your browser cache also and try to load the form in the Designer again to see if the issue remains.

Apologies for the wrong link, i just pasted directly from the designer. I did online chat with someone else and after clearing the cache in Chrome it worked.  Thank you for your response. Very nice to have professional, responsive staff to help with issues, well done :)
