Why aren't underlines shown with Input Mask feature

how do you NOT show underlines, maybe you just want to format afield for display so that $100 looks like $100 and $99 looks like $99 instead of $99_

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Input Mask feature only works for numbers and letters, not for special characters. Rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
