    Hi SWELL Sculpture Festival,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If people who submitted your form cannot find their autoresponder email and cannot edit their submissions, you can send an email to them for requesting updates for their form submissions. In that way, they'll be able to edit their form submissions. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, at the top of the page, click on the downward icon next to the Jotform logo to go to the Tables page to see the form submissions.
    • On the Tables page, click on +Add to add a new column and select Buttons.
    • Click on Request Update and enter the column name.
    • Then, enter the recipient's address and click on Create a Column. That's it. Now you can send an edit submission mail by clicking on the button.

They'll receive an email as you see below:

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

To send an edit form link to form submitters, you can use the "Edit response" feature in Google Forms. After receiving a form submission, click on the "View response" button and then click on the three dots in the top right corner of the response. From there, select "Send edit response link" and enter the email address of the submitter. They will receive an email with a link to edit their form response.

For example, if you were running a Los Angeles security guard company and needed to make edits to a form submission, you could use this feature to quickly and easily send an edit form link to the submitter.
