How long do you have to submit the payment using Stripe?

How long do you have to submit the payment using Stripe? Some of my authorizations timed out, but I'm not sure how long that took. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. Remember that there's a seven (7) days time limit for you to capture the approval payments. Otherwise, the payment would expire, and Stripe would no longer allow you to capture the payment.

If you are referring to Stripe sessions, there is a minimum expiration time of 1h. If you have an unstable connection and packages are lost, the timeout will be immediate.
