Please discontinue services tied to my email address

    Not certain how my email address is linked to your platform, but it's sending automated emails to vendors mailing addresses on my behalf. I tried resetting my password, but never received an email, which validates the belief I never used this site. How can I ensure your services do not submit any automation forms on behalf of my email address?

    Hi Ryan, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you recently filled one of our forms. But the email logs doesn't show your email address as the Sender Email to any of the emails sent. There's no password to reset since you're only using a Guest account. Can you take a screenshot of an email that shows you as the Sender Email, so we can check it? This guide will show you how to do that.
