Space Max Out

Hello, I received notice that I am maxed out at upload space.

Is there a way to reduce this without upgrading plan

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and found that it is currently not over quota as you use 0 bytes of upload space. You are not currently exceeding the upload space. But please note that the free account has a 100 MB of upload limit.

To clear the upload space of your account, you can delete the submissions from your form. When you delete a submission record, it will also delete the uploaded file as well and clear your upload space utilization. The following guide should help you how to delete submissions from your form.

Please note that when you delete a submission record, it just moves the submission to the Trashed Entries section, from where the submission is purged automatically in 30 days. To clear upload space immediately, please permanently delete the submissions from the trashed entries section as well.
