How do I access and manage my Jotform account?

    I’m evaluating jot form for migrating our membership management from CiviCRM. I took a quick look at membership templates but none seem to ask the member to set a password. So, I am wondering how you would support the idea of a member coming back to update their information including credit card updates, coming back to reprint their membership card, registering for events as a member (perhaps to receive a member discount) etc. is there inherent support for this or do we have to roll our own?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see you've already signed up for Jotform and are on the starter plan, which is the free version of Jotform.

    If you decided to log back into the platform to upgrade your plan pay via credit/debit card or Paypal, then log back into your account and upgrade using this guide. If you want to receive any promotional emails from Jotform. Go to your account settings and check the box from which you want to subscribe as shown below:

    If you want Dedicated Support, we recommend that you look into our Enterprise plan.

    to adopt jotform.

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
