not receiving notification emails- how to setup emails correctly

    Hi all. would someone be so kind and do a test on my site as i think i am on the bounce list yet AGAIN. when i test it it says its all ok but users take me off the bounce list so i must be doing something wrong. i am tamping with this jotform bounce crap i am losing so much business. i shouldnt have to fill my own forms in several times EVERYDAY just to make sure it works, i am fuming with this b**LS**T

    To avoid this problem always make sure the the Sender Email and/or Sender Name fields are not missing (they show "Please select")  as it was in that case with the Sender Name

    Also, I would recommend you to any of the "noreply" sender emails rather than your SMTP settings. But if you still need the sender email to appear as yours, then you can use this workaround.
