I have a number of forms already on my server. I need to create several more. My developer is too busy to create new ones for me just now and I need one urgently. I want to use this product to create that new form, export it as a php form then load it onto my server, I use Fetch. I want to send an email to the person who is to complete the form with the URL for the form and then, once they have completed the form, I want to receive their completed form via email to my mail box.

I have created a form. Can I do what I want with this product?

    Regards

    Hi Fatso,

It is possible to export form to HTML file and then you can rename that file to php later on. That should be fine. Guide on how to download your complete form source code. http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Or, instead of downloading your form source code, you can copy the source code provided on the embed wizard and have it embedded on the php page. This should also work.

With regards to receiving form responses over email, you just need to place a recipient email on your form in the form builder. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
