When I tested the notification email for my form earlier today, the payment form section fields that were updated by the user DID appear in the email. Then, I added some headers to the email notification format, and now, I no longer see any payment form details when an order is submitted. Also, I specified a large font size for the text headers and Questions and Answers rows, but they don't reflect any enlargement on the generated emails.

The Notification email template of the form must have been corrupted when it was customized.
I suggest you redo the Notification email by adding a new notifier using the Add New Email button
Make sure to use the default email settings and test again. Check if the sent email are complete with the data.
If you want to customize the email template, just add another Notifier and customize it. This way you will have 2 version of the Notifier and you will not missed any email data even if the other version is not working as intended.

Thank you. I rebuilt the notifier email from scratch and it worked fine. I appreciate your suggestion to create the new email before deleting the old as well. Good idea!
