How can I put this in a email

I would like to send this to clients in an email so that I can make it a clickable link. I am looking for a new pace as Adobe Forms Centarl is closing.

I assume you meant you want to share the form using the email. Please follow this user guide

Also, if you haven't done so yet, you can also easily migrate your adobe formcentral forms to JotForm.

Follow the guide from here.

use the custom import tool to immediately import the forms.

Navigate to our Import Forms page, click on "Import Form":

Or perhaps you were referring to the Nofification E-mail of the form.
