Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please provide us with three usernames you'd like to use? Usernames can include letters, numbers and underscore (_). Special characters and whitespace are not allowed.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We've successfully changed your username to zacdager. Additionally, as you are on the Starter Plan, you can Change your Account Username on your own. I'll walk you through it:

1. Go to your My Forms page and hover your cursor on the Profile Avatar icon.
2. In the menu that pops up, click on Settings.

1. In the Settings menu, click on Account on the left side of the screen.
2. Then, click on the Edit button on the right side of the Username.
3. Enter your new username, click on Save, and you're done.
