The Preview PDF button is showing a different form layout from the Original uploaded PDF

    hello. I have a form that was created in Jotform. I am trying to copy it, but add a few customizations to it. I've uploaded it to my account, but some elements of the form are not lining up. When I preview my form it is not the same as the form I uploaded. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Can you share with us the differences you noticed on your form which is different from the original form that you copied/cloned? Please provide as well the URL of the original form so that we can make a comparison with the forms and how are they different from each other. You can follow this guide on where to find your form URL.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for sending the form link and screenshot. We're sorry you're having trouble with this. Are you referring to the Preview PDF button? I was able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. To isolate the issue, can you try to re-upload your PDF form? Let me show you how:

    • In the Smart PDF builder, click on the Upload button in the blue navigation bar at the top.
    • Click on Update PDF.

    Then select the Update this PDF file option on the pop-up window. I've also cleared your form caches to refresh the data. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of what you see on your end when you view the PDF form so we'll have a reference.
