Notification emails come in blank and with no PDF attachment

    Aloha,

    I am receiving notification emails that are blank with no PDF attachment even though that function is enabled. I tried to clear my cache and test out the document again but am still running into the same issue. Please advise.

    Hello Trisha,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. Although the Notification Email came with the PDF attachment, the email body is blank, too, as seen below:

    I recommend deleting the current, then creating a new Notification Email; let me show you how to do that:

    1. Select Emails from the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
    2. Hover over the Notification email, then click on the Trash icon.

    4. From there, click on the Add Email option.

    7. Go to the Advanced tab, then enable the original PDF attachment.
