Hidden Conditional Fields are being displayed

hello radio button is selected as the picture opens as a conditional menus are hidden but can be more practical view of how beautiful form is not my exam center and school.

Okay so basically you're conditions aren't working properly on your end and they are displaying information that is supposed to be hidden according to what you've said above.

I checked on this on my end and it seems this may have been a temporary issue because I am unable to replicate the same problem which is working on my side. I had also ran another test of this in a safari osx emulator on my end since it appears you are on OSX perhaps but it was the same result for me.
