Embed form on facebook

    Unable to embed Facebook form.

    Kindly assist see screenshot below.

    It seems that there is an issue with the browser cache loading Facebook page. As we see the screenshot, I assume that it should display the dialog to select one of your Facebook pages to add the tab.

    Please clear the browser cache by following the instructions provided in the guide below :

    Please make sure that you have already created a Facebook page in your Facebook account and you are already logged in.
