    Change old custom sender email to a new one

    I'm confused as to who is generating the email address (simon.chard@pinnacle-psg.com) in the attached. is it from yourselves or from the dropbox account? it's an old one and I want to change it.

    Hi Simon,

    I think that is because your Sender Email setting is empty. Our system used the old one which the email from your screenshot. This is your current settings:

    You should select either noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. Otherwise, you can add your own using any of the following methods:
