I have already transitioned one over but I made an adjustment to the form in Formscentral and need to re-transition it; however I cannot figure out how to do so on your site.

Hi,
All of our Adobe Forms Central import tools can be found here:

If you have any trouble moving your forms or their data, let us know and we will be happy to see what we can do.

Hi David,
Shortly after I posted this question I was able to migrate over additional forms using the page that you link to above. The reason that I thought it was not working was because I would enter in a URL and it would notify me that the form was being transitioned successfully, then it would take a good bit of time (I'd estimate around 5 minutes) after that for the page to allow me to enter another URL and migrate another form.
I'm not sure that there is a fix for this. It just seems like that application needs a good bit of time to clear out information after a request has been entered. But if you do happen to know a work around or fix for this I'd be all ears.
Thanks,
Catherine

Since there are so many users coming over from Adobe Forms Central, occasionally our import tools can get a bit bogged down. The requests are queued in the order they are received so if there are a lot of current requests, it can take a fair bit of time for the transfer to complete, especially if you are transferring data as well. If you have several forms to migrate, I would recommend doing them in bulk so that you can make one request then leave it be while your forms file in.
