How can I get a booking form to say

We haven't been able to work out how to do this yet but we use Jotform a lot for booking seminars and workshops.

If I have a booking form where people are booking in for a seminar or workshop, is there a way - once the seminar is full and all the spaces are booked that a message comes up and says "Seminar Full"?

Or would the form be deactivated once its full?

Is this possible?

You might accomplish this by applying Unique submissions.

You can either set the form limits to get unique submissions with Loose or Strick check, or limit on a Unique question, set a submission limit (set a number) or establish an expiration date.

You can even combine some or all of them of them, so whichever limit reaches first, the form will show a warning message: "Seminar Full" (Rather than the one by default)

So for example you could set it up with Loose check (control the cookies) and also set a submission limit (100 seminars's attendees ), this will avoid the person sends the submission twice from the same computer and will book a sit for her.
