I tried to import my forms, it said it was successful, but it wasn't, it just imported a form from my desktop... is there a way to do this? I never sent the forms out for a survey, it was just internal use...

You may have used the fillable PDF form creator, rather than the import tool. The first creates a PDF version of your form to be used offline. Which is why the file was placed on your desktop. The second, which you can find the tools for here:
Imports your form from Forms Central to your JotForm account.
If the tools in that page still do not allow you to properly import your form, let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.
