    Sending emails to those filling out the form

    We have a number of forms that we are creating whereby it would be desirable for the individual completing the form to get a copy. With regard to my latest form, we would like to have a paper copy to be available to the individual so they have a sort of packing slip.  If I put the application on the desktop, we lose the signature capability.  If I use the tablet, we will not be able to print using our printers, as our IT staff will be a stumbling block. Is in possible to have JotForm send an email to the email address enter by the individual?  If so, we can retain the tablet features and they can print off the report from the printer.

    Hi John,

    Is it a copy of what the customer/user have filled in the form? If so, you can just create an autoresponder email:


    In the Autoresponder email, add the PDF Link tag so they can download a PDF version of their submissions and print it later:

    If you mean the entire form, you can create a PDF version of your form and also include it in the email:
