Is there a way to set up my form so that some questions are side by side, instead of in a long list?

Asked by mcaulfield on April 28, 2015 at 02:53 PM

We had a 3 page form in Adobe Form Central, but it has become very long in JotForm because I can't see how to format the questions, other than one by one in a list.

Also, is it possible to keep the headings when I retrieve a submission to my form? We print and distribute the completed forms, and the headings would make them easier to read. I have not embedded to form to our website yet, I'm still playing around with it.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have unchecked 'Make this form responsive' option via Form Designer on your form, so the form inputs are no longer using the 100% width.

Now you can increase the form width if needed, and use a Form Field Positioning feature to list multiple fields on a single line.

The second question has been moved into a separate thread:
