Customers unable to sign(E-signature widget) form from mobile device

    I have had several clients contact me and let me know they have not been able to sign a form from there phone/mobile device to complete it.  It is a required field for my form and it used to work, it has been in the last week or so.  I pulled up the link to the form on my phone and tried signing by when you try to sign the screen just moves around so it seems as the setting to be able to actually write on that field have somehow changed.  The clients have been able to do it from a computer, the issue seems to be with just mobile devices.  Can you please let me know how this could be fixed ?  Is it something I can do on my end or if a work order needs to be submitted?

    I see what you mean, I tried it in an emulator and it did not work:

    Upon further testing, I cloned your form, and test it in mobile version, the E-signature widget worked:

    Can you please clone your form and try with the cloned version?
