    Yes, it is. The way for you to get a list of all fields of your form you can get it from the submission records, that will show all of the form's fields.

    From My Forms click on the form(1), then click on Submissions:

    Scroll down and you will get all the fields of your form.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you, this does list the field names as the field label.

    Is there a way to print out all of the JotForm field names, such as these for the Home Address Street field:

    Unique Name = {homeAddress}

    Field ID = #input_212

    Because I have multiple sets of fields, their names are very similar, and sometimes it's difficult to find the correct field in the list provided because the field name is truncated.  I'm hoping that with this info it will be easier.  Another good reason is that I need to map the fields from this form to the recipient Excel spreadsheet.

    Thank you!

    You can get tag names of all of your fields inside of Form Builder by pressing CTRL+ Shift + I.

    You can get ID of field from properties of that field. However you will need to do it manually for each field of your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

    Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
