Most of the Registration Forms come into my folder, while a few stay in jotform.

Specifically, Sharon Loos just this morning did not come into my convention registration folder. I have been on the phone with our tech for the last 30 min. From is prospective, nothing is missing, so he advised me to get a hold of you.

I am sorry but I do not understand exactly what you are referring to when saying "Most of the Registration Forms ...", are you talking about the submissions?

I would greatly appreciate it if you could get back to us rephrasing your inquiry, then we will be able to find a workaround to solve the issue.
