Hello support.
Please advise. My website url is www.theselfgrowthguide.com
If looking at the link in the menu bar: DIRECTORY.
You will see there are two scroll down menus 1: Location 2 Services
A visitor needs to choose there location and the service they require.
When they hit submit button They need to then be taken to a page with that location and service.
Please can you let me know which plugin i need to use.
Thank you
Regards
Marc

I was not quite sure what you mean Marc, but after going to your website, I believe that I understand what you are after.
You would like to allow everyone that goes to your Directory page, to select the Service and location that they want to be taken to and on submit to launch them to that page - the page showcasing the service in that specific location.
Now if I understood that right, the best thing to do is to set your thank you page to redirect your customers to the right page, based on their selection.
What is needed:
1. Thank you page redirect setup
2. a bit of conditionsNow I do not know nor see where you have the links to all of the services you have named, so I will show you a sample linking to our website from a clone of your jotform.
All that you would need to do is to follow the same steps, but add the right links to it.
So in my example, I will use the option Builders from the service dropdown
From the location I will use Gauteng, since it is the first one in there.
We will set the conditions to check if this is matched and if so, to go to http://www.jotform.com
For that we go to Conditions:
There we select Change Thank You URL after submission option
Once there, we just set up the condition as we mentioned above and we do that with the AND clause - shown as ALL in the wizard (you can see how to set it up like so and the difference in the link at the bottom of my reply).
Now all we need is to repeat the steps for other entries as well.
Lets take the second location and point to our blog url: http://www.jotform.com/blog/
Now, I also advise to create a page that will show your users an error - for example if selections are not available for all services and locations, you can show them a default Thank you message that you change to say something along those lines.
You can see what I mean by testing this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51794374324965
You can also clone it to your account by following the steps here: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
