Importing fillable PDF

    Hi My name is joseph losner and I just uploaded around 7 pdfs onto jotform, I am kind of confused on how to create an account to access the pdfs that I just uploaded. If you could get back to me as soon as possible that would be great.

    I see that you have already created account here on JotForm. Your account is Jlosner. You can log in to your account with username or email address. 

    I have checked your account and you do not have forms. 

    If you want to import fillable PDF forms from Adobe Form Central to JotForm please use this link:

    The fillable PDF needs to be an Adobe Forms Central fillable PDF in order to be imported using this tool.
