The system will not let me reactivate my account

    I am trying to reactivate my account and it keeps saying Error, contact support.  Please help

    After reviewing your account, I am seeing that your account and your forms are currently active.

    I am also seeing that you are currently on a Premium membership.

    Can you confirm if you are still experiencing an issue? If so can you inform us of what you are currently trying to achieve with your account?

    Thank you, I finally did get it to work.  

    But I am having trouble with the embedded code not showing up.
