i created 2 attachment buttons on my form.
but i want the files (mostly images) send by email, (as an file attachment)
i have a script running that is picking up the attachment and write it down to a folder, linked to a ticket number.

You need to create your email notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
The image file will not be attached, but it includes the direct link of the uploaded file to be downloaded:
