Coupon Codes disappeared

Once again... FOR THE FIFTH FRICKING TIME, the coupon codes I listed on my Student Course Registration form (on the payment form) have mysteriously disappeared. This is beyond ridiculous. Can someone actually correct this for once! QUIT DELETING MY COUPON CODES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'VE HAD IT!!!!

Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the inconveniences caused. I checked your previous report about this which was attended by my colleague but haven't received any response from you by that time. Was is resolved during that time?

Anyway, when I check that form I see one active coupon code and it is the following. Is this not the coupon code you are referring? So far I haven't seen anyone having this issue so we'll keep on monitoring.

Just a friendly tip: When you make coupon codes make sure to click the finish button on the last page of the integration then click on save form to save all the changes.

I just added that one because the others are gone. I've complained about this before. Coupon codes magically disappearing is not a good thing. I've had to do this a few times over the last few months.

Is there any unusual occurrence you have observed during the time you have added the coupons? Or did you notice any time interval to when it disappears? Unfortunately, I have no specific clue as to why that is disappearing magically as you say it. To be honest this is my first time to hear such problem. If only we can reproduce it here, we can address this right way to our developers. So for now, we suggest to monitor your coupon codes and inform us right away on this thread once it disappears again. So far this time, I still see the coupon codes working fine.
