Have you checked your email notification settings? It seems the email body is blank or set to undefined in one of your forms. I see you have a couple of forms being edited and not sure which one is having the problem.
1. Click "Emails" and click a notification to edit it.
2. You'll then see the "Compose Email" window, you can see if everything is setup properly. You can click the form fields at the right to add it in your email body.
3. You can also delete the existing notification and setup a new one instead. Here's a guide on how to setup a new notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
