I'm receiving notifications without content. However clients are filling out form and making payments. And info is not where to be found in jolt form files of that form.

I checked the mail logs and I can see that the submissions were sent successfully. You can use this guide if you want to know how to check your form email history.
If you can't find it in the regular submissions, it is possible that it is in the Incomplete Payments. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/
This happens when the payment was not completed. One of the reason is, if the user closes the browser and did not complete the payment in the paypal page.
