having new issues with receiving payment through paypal

    Can you confirm the method and breakdown is it credit card authorization and then expiration date 2nd? For some reason both fields reverted to "Click Edit" option but I just changed it. Not sure if I did it by accident. Please assist? My most recent client is having issues submitting payment, but it wasn't an issue before. Also if I manually complete authorization will that push it through?

    May I know if you are referring to the form titled "Lez Journeys Registration Form" in your account?

    I see it looks like you have already fixed it? It's possible that your form was affected by the recent issue, we had word from our developers that there was an error in the Payment integration due to an update made by our developers, but they have already fixed it, although you might need to update the integration itself. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I also see that you have manual fields that ask for credit/debit card details, aside from the payment integration that you already have, is this correct? Please do note that we do not allow forms asking for credit card or bank details as this mimics a phishing form, please see our Terms of Use under Phishing section.     If you want to allow payment authorization in your payment integrations, you can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization 

     

    When you say "manually complete authorization", are you referring to the authorization on the properties field OR are you referring to the "Incomplete Payments"? If you complete an incomplete payment submission, it will not trigger or complete the transactions, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
