Form over Quota error message is shown instead of our Facebook form

We are getting an over quota message when people try to fill out the adoption application.

The reason why you are receiving such notification is because your account is over the limit for your free plan.

Basically the free plan offers you only 10 secure submissions per month, of which you have already used 10.

Since Facebook would not show your facebook form unless it is secured form, the form is using your secured submissions, so there is nothing that you can do in regards to the embedding part - only to upgrade to a higher plan in order to be able to receive more secure submissions.

I have reset the submissions counter for you at this time (we can only do it once), but if you get to use 10 secure submissions again (which means that you must have under 10 submissions on Facebook per month), you will need to upgrade, or your account will be disabled for going over the limit until the first of the month - when the counters get reset automatically by our system.
