Hi, as of this afternoon I have received feedback that one of my forms is not submitting. I have tried to submit an entry and the form begins to load, but "hangs" and does not successfully submit or report an error. Is this across all forms or just this specific one? Thanks for your help.
I did manage to to submit your form and resulted in the 502 gateway error, I will update our development team regarding this matter for additional investigation into the problem.
Could clone a copy of the affected form then try submitting using it, do let us know of the outcome
I tried testing the form today and it did submit successfully so I'm not sure what the issue was before.
Another issue that I did catch was an additional column inserted into my Google sheet with a link to edit the entry. This did prevent my Google scripts from running and send an email although the form submitted success to JotForm. Is there any communication on when changes like that occur. It seems that this changed was made in the past week, correct? This would be very helpful as we use Google scripts for all of my forms to send multiple email confirmations to filtered recipients based on entry criteria. A change like this keeps the forms from sending and makes it appear like no one has submitted a form and that there are no technical issues.

Provide with as many details as you can and the team will be gladly assist. Sayin g "Our form is also not working" means nothing. You ought to open your own thread and give the details.
