Not receiving email notice of submissions

Hi, I am not receiving notice of submissions.

I will get test emails, but not a notice of submissions

The second email address (@aol.com based) listed on your form email notification was listed in our bounce list. We have removed mentioned email address from the bounce list, and I hope that email delivery issue is fixed now for both email addresses.
