Why are all my forms disables?

I bough an account with you guys. Created a form but now it says form disabled. Please what is happening.

I need help the earlier would be the better.

I checked your forms and the form named "Complete this form to place your order" is asking credit card information from users, that's why your form is disabled. JotForm only allowed payment with provided widgets, because of strict security policies.

To activate your account, I need to delete that form, but there are some submissions saved from that form. Please reply this thread with your confirmation.
