Hi, I have a form on my website and all the fields show up in the form on the site, but when forms are submitted, random fields are being omitted. For example, I can't see the quantity field which is vital.

The current email notification needs to be updated, please delete it:
Then create a new one as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
All the fields in your form will be automatically updated in the new one. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
