The copy of the code to embed in site isn't working...

    It keeps giving me:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/52598062807160

     

    But that is NOT the code of the form... I don't understand why it's not copying correctly???

    That is the direct link of your form, not an embed code, please try embedding with the Iframe embedded method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the iFrame part in your webpage, example:
