Form calculations don't work on Microsoft Edge

Please help.  Will have to disable the form until this is fixed.  None of the field calculations work on the Windows 10 browser.

The calculation on the form embedded on your page isn't working but the stand alone form is working just fine on any browsers including ms edge. This is most likely due to script conflict. I suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This will resolve the problem. Since the form will load into a frame container, there's pretty much nothing can break the form functionality.
