I'm new at using Jot Form, I'm filling in temporarily for the person that usually handles it. It seems we have received a registration and payment for one of our sports programs, but the email did not generate to any of the 4 email addresses that it was set up to go to. All of the other registrations for the same sport worked fine and the emails for them were sent like they were supposed to be.
I can look up and find the received form but it doesn't have the comment/check id number on it that we use for our records. That seems to only be sent with the emails. Is there a way that I could look that number up?

You should check the spam folders and if no emails are there, it is recommended that you'll do the solutions from the following guide such as the whitelisting part:
As for the Comment/Check ID Numbers, please access your form submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. In the form submissions page settings, check the "ID" box:
