Forms should be readily viewable from and IOS device.  If the form is embedded to a web page, you may need to change your embed code to the iFrame code in order for the form to display properly:

You can enable mobile responsiveness for a better layout on mobile devices:

If you are unable to view a specific form on iPad, let us know the form you are having trouble with and if it is embedded to a web page, the URL of the page it is embedded to.  We can then check to see what may be causing the form not to load properly.
