We are getting only forms with the name field.
The problem is that the fields of email is mandatory to complete but we received mails without that data.
I appreciate if you can guide me a solution to this problem, as it is crucial to contact my clients.

Can you please check one more time if you have provided us link of your correct form. I have cloned form you provided and submitted my cloned form. My email Notification looks like this.
As you can see, if you compare screenshots fields inside of email notifications are not the same. So please check one more time did you provided link of correct form.
What I can suggest you is to check if field values are set correctly inside of you email Notification settings.
You can also create new Email Notification. When you create new Notification all fields and values of fields will be automatically added inside of your Email Notification.

That's right. The problem was that the email template having old fields.
I could resolve my problem.
