How to import a pdf from my pc to jotform

    I think you mean how to import your PDF form to Jotform. You can do it here: https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/.

    Click Import Your Forms button

    Select PDF Only

    Upload the PDF form

     

    Note that this process might take days to finish. You will receive a follow-up email once the PDF is available for download.

    Also, the form will only be available as a PDF. You cannot have it as an online web form. If you want an online web form version, you will have to create it manually in the form builder.
