    I am having trouble with the conditions

    I am having trouble with the conditions and the browser seems to be removing them from view. They all worked yesterday
    Earlier I had 13 conditions setup but when I previewed the form the options no longer worked
    I deleted 1 of them and now when I review the remaining options im down to 6 conditions and 2 are duplicated
    Is anything going on behind the scenes to cause this?

    Hi,

    I've carefully checked your conditions then I noticed that, you are not able to select the field due to Dynamic Dropdowns Widget.

    Unfortunately, conditions are not working with Dynamic Dropdowns Widget.

    I suggest you to use dropdown tool instead of Dynamic Dropdowns Widget.

    At that situation, it will work properly.

    Thanks for letting me know
    I have removed the dynamics and added dropdowns and re-built the conditions. However it’s still not working, when I delete 1 condition it deletes them all.
    If I duplicate a condition it actually duplicates the rule above instead
    When I select ‘hide’ referening the dropdown boxes only they are still visible on the form in preview.
    Does it matter if I change the ordering of the conditions?

    Hi,
    To follow up on another possibility,
    Im ‘chaining’ the show/hide options as below. Could this be causing the issue of not showing on the form?
    Apologies for the emails, I cant seem to find anything relevant on the FAQ

    I couldn’t add the clone but I also deleted all the conditions and re-added. They now work perfectly well and I can now submit the draft form for review
    Thanks for your help, its likely we’ll sign up to the bronze edition once the draft gets approved
